The value (or not) of networking events.

Views online and in person from colleagues are questioning the value of some networking events. Expensive, time consuming, declining, not producing leads, “clicky”, too many professional services and presenters leaving directly after their presentations are some of the comments. Oddly, no one has said that they didn’t enjoy the events.

I view networking like I view marketing – it always takes longer to succeed than you think. And you never know – the next person you speak to might be the one …….
